From a research paper to a tree near you
Outdoor Trail Markers was created by the team at Lane Plastics NZ, an injection moulder of engineering plastics established in 1980.
As passionate hikers ourselves, we jumped at the chance to create high visibility, durable markers for the New Zealand Department of Conservation over 30 years ago.
Since then, we have perfected our markers, drawing from real world testing we have optimised the colours, sizes, materials, and environmental sustainability.
After helping New Zealand’s Department Of Conservation cover 100% of their trails across the country, our product was made available worldwide.
